    This banana bread baked oatmeal is the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. It has the best banana bread flavours and is packed with healthier ingredients to fuel your day.

    1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line a baking dish.

    2. Mash bananas in prepared baking dish. Then add in dry ingredients, followed by wet ingredients. Stir until fully combined and oats are completely coated.

    3. Fold in chocolate chips.

    4. Top with extra sliced bananas and chocolate chips.

    5. Bake for ~40 minutes until top is lightly golden.

    6. Let cool before slicing into squares and serving.
