These protein bars are so fun to make and take just 5 minutes to whip up! Made with good for you ingredients like chickpeas, vanilla protein, and cashew butter, they're the perfect energy boost to get you through the day!

Add all the ingredients except sprinkles to a high speed food processor. Blend together until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Fold in sprinkles by hand.
Press mixture firmly into a lined loaf pan. Top with additional sprinkles and then place the pan in the freezer to set.
Slice into bars and enjoy!
