    These homemade copycat rx bars come together with just 6 simple ingredients and are easily customizable to any flavour combo you'd like! Perfect for a healthy and delicious snack throughout the week that is both vegan and gluten-free!

    1. Add almonds to a high speed food processor and pulse into tiny pieces. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Add water by the tbsp as needed until a doughy texture is formed

    2. Transfer batter to a lined loaf pan and press firmly into an even layer

    3. Place in fridge for 1 hour to set and slice into bars!
