Superfood Breakfast Cookies

These superfood cookies are made with good for you ingredients, packed with superfoods, and are naturally gluten free, nut free and refined sugar free. Perfect for an easy grab and go breakfast, afternoon snack, or yummy after dinner dessert!
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and fold together until you create a dough like consistency.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough into 14 balls and place on baking sheet. Press each cookie down with your hands to flatten into a cookie shape.
Bake for 12-14minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
